How does the quality of your labels compare?
Our customers (who include professional designers) have told us that the quality of our labels is equivalent to, or exceeds, any that they have purchased previously.
This is because:
- We use the latest digital technology and print at maximum resolution.
- We only print on top quality substrates and use inks on our solvent printer with a wide colout range and an outdoor rating of 3 years.
- We have over 35 years high-end print industry experience and care about the product we produce.
Will my labels be printed in Australia?
YES! All our labels are proudly printed in Australia, Brisbane to be precise. Unlike overseas label and sticker printers misleadingly advertising in Australia with .com.au websites, we are 100% Australian owned, run and located. Its easy to spot the foreign companies, they nearly always have incorrect grammar and broken English in their descriptions, and they may advertise "24-48 hour' printing but conveinently omit the shipping times. Make sure you are dealing with an Australian company, don't assume it!
Does the price of the labels increase with the number of colours used?
No, the price is the same regardless of whether you use 1 colour or multiple colours. So feel free to get as creative as you like with the colours on your label. You can finally have a full colour label at no extra cost.
Can I really have any shape or size?
YES, the only size limit is our machine size which is 1.6meters by any length. There is no limit on the shape except to remember that overly complex shapes will be very difficult to weed and remove from the backing. Common sense is the best guide!
What is the turn around time to get labels printed?
From the time your artwork is 'Print Ready' and paid for, small jobs (under $100) can be printed within 2 to 3 days, larger jobs obviously will take longer to print, its always wise to check with us about turnaround time if its important.
Then, unlike most foreign print companies, your labels are dispatched promptly using standard Australia Post (included in our online calculator price)
How does my artwork need to be set to be 'Print Ready'?
Ideally we need the artwork as an Illustrator, EPS or PDF file format with the die line set on a separate layer. For 'Print Ready' specification requirements please go to the Artwork Specification page.
However if you can use Photoshop, Photopaint or a similar editing program we can accept a JPG file saved at 300dpi or higher resolution (600dpi recommended)
If you don't know what all this means that's ok, you can send us your label in jpeg format and we can finish it from there.
I want to get labels printed but don't have any artwork. Can you help me?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you may order one sticker if you wish. Our online price calculator will show you the final, all inclusive price before you order. Just go HERE for a price!
How long will your stickers last?
We use eco-solvent inks on our sheet printer that are rated for outdoor use for up to 3 years. They are waterproof and very resistant to UV fade, a great quality in our sunny climate! Our standard gloss and matt vinyls last up to 1 year outdoors, but we can use materials with up to 5 year outdoor life if needed. Of course if you only use them indoors the life of our stickers is virtually indefinite.
